The MC-E:TMA 100-Miles Meter assessment is independent of time, geography, and phase of user’s work-life. It pivots overall mile score on 3 very important yet very broad professional virtues (applicable to both an individual and an organization).

• Firmness or grip on professional pursuits; how solid are they
• Level of efforts (knowledge, intelligence, brilliance, agility etc) used to take up work challenges
• Meaningfulness of professional practices towards people of society (i.e world at large as one family)

Earning Miles

My C-level Executive will let you know if you cross a next mile. The communication will be sent with a formal document on your email id. We aren’t bound by any rules or compulsion of alloting you miles. Miles are allotted solely on My C-level Executive’s assessment and discretion. A mile number may stagnate, grow or even de-grow! However, it’ll never fall below 1. You may or may not accumulate mile points on any time frame.

MC-E:TMA collaboration has full right to decide, change, revoke or take any necessary action for anything to do with The Media Athlete Vocation Run or Life-Membership. If there’s any ethical or moral violation by Life-Membership holder, My C-level Executive will cancel the account without any prior intimation. All rights are reserved and fully under control of MC-E or TMA as applicable.

The Media Athlete Hall of Fame

The successful assesse from MC-E Life-Membership holders can be inducted in The Media Athlete Hall of Fame. Hall of Fame is a title awarded to successful and rare professionals in recognition of extraordinary work efforts and commitment. The awardee would be informed and presented with the title and ring once The Media Athlete makes the decision.

Intentional only in search of rare high performance result oriented professionals, MC-E Life-Membership signifies man-hour efforts of solving professional difficulties that are beyond obvious and ostensible. It makes ethical grounds possible by exclusive lifetime collaboration for work that matters. We are not bound by any rules, time, space, or geography.  Further updates would be available as we progress building this exclusive executive collaboration squad. It doesn’t bind the member with any obligation with MC-E.

Many good professionals may manage their work very well but intended results may not show up. Some good professionals may work hard for efficiency and effectiveness but outcomes may not be satisfactory. A few may be passionate towards goals and may go extra mile. However, very few can deliver results successfully. The last in the class are those who correct every mistake, walk past every challenge and stay committed in all stead. Their work is worship that learns persistence and lessons, discipline, continuity and much more. If we can find such committed professionals, we can certainly create a better work environment, which in turn can have positive universal impact.
