Stage 2 of 5: Budget Master
Providing plans with execution details, time, and resources required to estimate overall investment levels for actions and activities suggested. Extensive budget projection exercise to prepare for onward project executions.
Stage 3 of 5: Execution Manager
Taking independent charge, planning actions on the ground / in the field, making necessary arrangements, allocating resources, coordinating, working on timelines, monitoring and ensuring perfect delivery as envisioned in Solution Board or in otherwise charted plans. Managing contingency and re-jigging resources in case of any unsolicited circumstances.

Administering actual implementation. Taking complete responsibility of implementing, organizing requisite teams, making vital collaborations, and ensuring desired results.
